Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to paid Bundletrailhub enrollments arranged via invoice or offline payment. Website prices are informational and no checkout occurs on this site.
Eligibility
Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 14 calendar days before the cohort start date and have not accessed downloadable lab packs. After materials are released, eligibility shifts to partial refunds as described below.
Timeframe to request
Submit refund requests within 30 days of payment for unused seats, or within 7 days of the first live session if you experienced a documented technical failure on Bundletrailhub’s side that prevented attendance.
Full versus partial refunds
- Full refund: cancellation ≥14 days before start, materials unused
- Partial refund (50%): cancellation 3–13 days before start, or attendance of no more than one live session with unused downloadable kits
- No refund: after the second live session begins, or after downloadable kits are substantially completed
Non-refundable items
Private facilitation day-rates already delivered, custom data audits completed, and third-party venue fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable. Signal Sparks briefings delivered are non-refundable once the session concludes.
Refund process
Email contact@bundletrailhub.digital with your invoice number, cohort name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days and may request proof of technical issues.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method when possible, or via bank transfer for Thailand-issued invoices. Currency conversion fees charged by your bank are not reimbursed.
Cancellations by Bundletrailhub
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort, including any non-refundable tags that would otherwise apply.
Exceptions
Mandatory consumer protections under Thai law prevail where they grant stronger rights. Medical emergencies with documentation may qualify for goodwill credit toward a future cohort at our discretion.
